We are pleased to announce our 3rd Annual Irish Coffee Event! Join us March 15th from 5 to 8 PM for an array of festive delights including: food, games, displays, shop tours and of course, Irish Coffee.
Seattle Stair & Design brimmed not with the usual clatter of a lathe on the eve of St. Patrick's Day, but a cocktail of chatter, fresh ground espresso, bananas flambé, and the delicate strumming of a harp, marking an occasion beyond the ordinary: our Second Annual Irish Coffee Party.
Inspired by Seattle Stair & Design owner Shawn Christman’s Irish heritage and love of St. Patrick’s Day, the annual event was established in 2011 as an opportunity to gather and celebrate the luck of the year, the beauty of the shop, and the history of collaboration with architects, fabricators, designers, clients, family, and friends.
This year, we had the pleasure of hosting more guests than ever, as well as indulging in:
A fantastical jig-inspiring, spirit-rising, clog-clog stomping duo of harp-strumming, accordion-wielding, music making folk.
A rich selection of works in progress.
A variety of contests, games, and a photo booth.
Technical demonstrations, food and beverage, and of course, Irish Coffee!
